Through dedication and results, she earned her promotion to Fleet Manager, where she now oversees daily mobile operations, technician accountability, quality control, and vehicle logistics across Greater Boston.
Frederick joined the team as a detailing technician and successfully completed Viper’s in-house certification program — an intensive training system built to maintain strict quality, safety, and customer care standards. His attention to detail, discipline, and willingness to improve made him a natural leader. By consistently exceeding expectations and helping mentor newer technicians, he earned his promotion to Detailer Team Leader, where he now ensures every job meets Viper’s premium standards before it’s completed.
