You will operate a company van independently and represent Viper on-site with customers. This role requires discipline, strong communication, and consistent execution.

What you’ll do

  • Start and end your shift at the company van location
  • Perform interior and exterior detailing services using company SOPs
  • Complete required before/after photos and job updates
  • Maintain van cleanliness, tool organization, towel separation, and chemical discipline
  • Identify legitimate add-on opportunities and notify the office (office confirms pricing/payment)

What we’re looking for

  • 1+ year of relevant work experience (detailing/automotive, or fast-paced customer service such as restaurant/hospitality)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Professional appearance, clear communication, strong attention to detail
  • Comfort working outdoors and working independently

Customer Service & Sales Representative (Office Team)

This is a customer-facing office role responsible for converting leads, confirming service details, setting expectations, and protecting the customer experience from booking through completion.

What you’ll do

  • Answer inbound inquiries and qualify customers
  • Confirm package selection, timing, and access requirements
  • Collect deposits and manage cards on file
  • Support field technicians and resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Request reviews and manage follow-ups after service

Fleet Manager / Field Operations Lead

This role ensures our vans, supplies, and technicians stay aligned with company standards. You help maintain consistency across multiple routes and technicians as we scale.

What you’ll do

  • Manage van readiness: fuel, water, tools, chemicals, towels, and organization standards
  • Track inventory and coordinate refills (including storage unit workflow)
  • Audit job documentation (photos, checklists) and quality performance
  • Support technician coaching, accountability, and SOP compliance
  • Coordinate with office team on daily route flow and issue resolution

What we’re looking for

  • Leadership experience in operations, automotive, or service businesses
  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline
  • Ability to coach and hold standards without drama
