At Viper Car Detailing, our time is dedicated to providing premium mobile detailing services for each scheduled client. Because our services require advance preparation, travel, and blocked appointment slots, this policy ensures fairness for both our team and our customers.
A deposit is required to secure every appointment.
Deposits protect your reserved time slot and help cover preparation, scheduling, and travel costs.
We clearly distinguish between cancellations and rescheduling:

Because auto detailing is a performance-based service and results are visible immediately, Viper Car Detailing does not issue refunds after work has been completed.
However, we stand behind our work 100%. If you’re not satisfied with the results:
We will review the issue promptly and, if appropriate, offer a touch-up or re-cleaning to make it right.
If concerns are reported after 1 hour, we still encourage you to reach out as soon as possible so we can review the issue. However, same-day resolution may not be guaranteed depending on scheduling and availability.
If weather conditions (rain, snow, or unsafe conditions) prevent us from safely completing your service, your appointment will be rescheduled at the earliest available time at no additional cost.
Clients must ensure safe and accessible working conditions (driveway, parking spot, or garage). If our team arrives and cannot safely perform the job, it may be treated as a same-day cancellation.

We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot and prepare our team and materials. Because our schedule is limited and we travel to your location, last-minute cancellations directly impact our small business.

$50 for standard auto detailing
$100 for odor or mold removal services
All deposits are non-refundable, but they are applied toward your total service cost.
Yes — as long as you give us at least 72 hours (3 days) notice, you can reschedule or cancel without additional fees. If you cancel within 72 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in being charged up to 100% of the total service cost to cover lost time, travel, and labor.
If unsafe weather prevents us from servicing your vehicle, we’ll contact you and reschedule at no extra cost. Your deposit will be transferred to the new date.
